Dove Energy Saving and Decorative Materials, a subsidiary company created by Singapore Dove Coatings (Holdings) Pte Ltd, recently received its business licence for Changzhou National High-Tech District.

The plans for Dove Energy Saving and Decorative Materials (Changzhou) Ltd are in two phases of construction. Total investment for the first phase is approximately US$20M, resulting in premises with a gross floor area of 15,000m2. When the project is complete, production for waterborne paints is anticipated to be about 5800t/yr, water-based binder production will be 500t/yr and insulation products for exterior walls 200,000m2/yr.
